Default Day 12: My Muscles are so sore...help
I literally feel like I've run a marathon. This isn't good. Any suggestions? I'm taking B-12 and Glandular Support. I guess I'll start some Potassium, but what else could I take. I absolutely ache!

Potassium is just one part of it. Magnesium is another big piece. I highly recommend Alcer Electro-Mix or another electrolyte supplement. You might find it locally at a health food store or a natural pharmacy like Pharmaca.

I had the same problem my first round and that stuff fixed me right up. I used it in conjunction with magnesium. When you shop for magnesium look for one that ends with -ate like magnesium citrate, magnesium chelate, magnesium malate, etc. Don't take magnesium oxide because it doesn't absorb well and will just give you diarrhea. Don't take your magnesium with calcium because calcium blocks the absorption of magnesium. (you often see those together in a single tablet because magnesium assists in the absorption of calcium.)

Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! I'll give that a try.
