How long should you let HCG sit under your tongue before swallowing?
 

I let it sit under my tongue for 5 minutes before I swallow. Does this sound ok for homeopathic sub-lingual drops?

Most homeopathic directions say to hold it under your tongue for 1-2 minutes. Five doesn't hurt at all, the longer you hold it can make it more effective if you need it to be. I know some hcg homeopathics state if you are hungry to hold it under longer.

The only problem is that the longer that I hold it under, my mouth gets more and more wet. And I know this is to be expected, but then it makes me feel like its not sinking in. How exactly is it taken into the body through the tongue?

I just started the hcg diet 3 days ago and I have tried to keep it under my tongue a minute, but not sure if its that long. Then I just don't drink or eat for 15 minutes and I have lost 6lbs so far.

First of all.... homeopathic HCG have no actual HCG in it. Therefore the method that it uses to enter your body is on a sub-atomic level using frequencies installed in the water by the manufacturer. 1-2 minutes is enough. I have heard people saying 5 minutes even 15 -30 minutes. It's ridiculous, unless you are using actual sublingual HCG made from actual full strength HCG. If you are using homeopathic, then there is no reason to hold it longer. Anybody who says different doesn't understand homeopathy at all !

Do you really think that saliva is going to stop the absorption of something that is even smaller than a radio wave? NO!

PS: In my opinion hHCG is garbage. But if it works for you, all the power to you. Just don't come crying to the forum if you have a bad round, because 95% of the people that come here to complain are on the drops. Injections are the way to go

I'm on Celeste's HCG and she puts even more HCG in it. I can taste the HCG, and it showed up on a pregnancy strip. Although I do agree with you that many HCG out there puts practically nothing in there. However, Celeste's HCG is real. I can taste it, and it shows on a pregnancy strip.

what does hcg taste like? all I can taste is whatever I use to mix it up with! Interesting!

and i let it sit for about 2-5 mins. however long it takes to get all watery then swallow. i'm on RX.

Wel i put it under my tongue so I can only taste it a bit. But i put a drop on my tongue once. Its not the best taste lol. Kinda vinegary

Just going by my own experience, I think the homeopathic drops work great. I've done a round with them, and a round with the Rx injections. I lost more weight and was less hungry on the drops. I know everybody's different, but hHcg is not garbage. The majority of posts I've read by people on the drops have had good success with them.

I agree. Everybody's entitled to their opinion, obviously, but I had done Simeon's protocol without the drops before and not only didn't lose, but was basically unable to function in my daily life (unable to move from the couch, freezing cold, severe brain fog...). A short while later, I added drops and lost 30 pounds in about as many days. Adding the drops also put my autoimmune disease in remission, the same as being pregnant years ago did. Prior to this, I'd been eating a very clean, primal style. I'm an extremely motivated dieter and nothing has worked until HCG drops. You'll find this is a common occurrence, especially for those with autoimmune diseases. You can justify it 'til the cows come home, but I know what I've experienced, as do many, many others.

I see he is young.. perhaps very young and thinks he knows much better than the 1000`s that had success with these drops..

I have a son.. and he thinks he knows it all..lol
