Default Does running Daycare mean I need more protein?
I am 5'2". I am 160 lbs currenlty gain 2 over easter weekend. I am in phase 2 round 2 and lost 10 lbs the first time with 25 inches lost. This round I have lost 15 lbs and 10 inches. This round is a 40 day round instead of 26 in hope to get further down. My pounds dropped is not very much and I am greatly discouraged by this. I run an inhome daycare and so I am very active with little kids. And I am wondering if this is the reason that I am only losing my weight bout 2 ounces at a time. Is there anything I can do to up my weight loss?? I can't quit my job obviously, and I can't be less active with the kids. Please help!!!!

What kind of drops are you taking? What are you eating?

15 drops 3 times a day and been doing grapefruit in the morning..then meat and veggie at lunch and meat and veggie at dinner and then fruit for an evening snack. Not even doing the melba toast trying to get weight loss done. so I am sticking to the plan. Just only a 2-4 ounce weight loss per day.

You might want to drop a fruit serving. If you consistently have only 1 fruit, then you can up your protein intake a bit to compensate for calories. Are you drinking enough water?

Are you sure your drops contain hCG?
