Default COMPLETELY messed up - how to start over
Hi there,

For the past week or so I've been taking my drops in the morning and eating waaaay off protocol. What a waste. I have many reasons and excuses but at the end of the day I need to do this right so those reasons and excuses are moot.

What do I do now? Should I go off the HCG for 3 days so it's out of my system, and then start over from scratch (Reload and etc). I think last time I didn't load properly.

ANY help or suggestions would be appreciated.

There aren't "redo's" so to speak...just get back on protocol!!! If you're hungry that needs to be fixed.... It's a mental diet you have to want to lose weight more than eating those little treats - if you don't then you'll have a hard time staying with it.

I think you should just continue, don't re-load. Read Pounds & Inches if you haven't already.

Would it be very unproductive of me to restart? I look forward to that new beginning mentality.

About being hungry - I'm using homeopathic drops purchased from HCGdirect.com. Should I be increasing the amount of drops? I currently do 0.38 through an oral syringe.

.38 doesn't really give a dosage amount. How many drops do you estimate that to be?

0.38 iu is the unit I think. I know it measures to be a little less than 8-10 drops (I read that somewhere on the site).

These are the directions on their bottle, I believe..

That says 12 to 14 drops 3 times per day.
I would check your bottle to see if this is what the label looks like

No, the bottle of mine says 8-10 drops, 3x a day. But the instruction booklet that came with it said 0.38 iu.

I would increase it....and count drops instead. Do you have a dropper or just a syringe?

That doesn't seem like many drops...

When I did hhcg for two rounds I did 14 drops (came to 0.5 ml on oral syringe I believe) 3x per day

very odd. That's the label from hcgdietdirect.

there is not an active website at hcgdirect.com It must be from somewhere else.. some variant of the name

My bad, it's actually HCGdiet.com. I'm quite sure it's legitimate, I've been on the Facebook group loads as well.. I think the general consensus is that while 0.38 iu is even less than 8-10 drops it's still okay??

If I think my biggest problem was my failure to load properly, would it not be best for me to start over?

I wasn't discounting the brand. I was trying to research exactly which one it was to see if I was familiar with their standard dosing.

If you've been on it for a week, any load foods would have been used up in the first few days.

The issue is the dosage... you really need to increase it.

Sophie, you may want to start a new thread, rather than post this on the end of a thread about a different topic.

Good luck!
