None. I don't go crazy on loads. I just eat what I think I'll miss. Hasn't affected me hunger wise the two times I've done this diet. Besides, cramming all sorts of crap into my body seems to be the opposite of what the goal of this diet is... you know get healthy.
Like Sem, it was mostly proteins. The only thing different was I ate a piece of chocolate cake, two pieces of pizza, 1/2 a large burger. Things that are treats, that I have to say goodbye to for a while. Oh, and I drank a whole bottle of Pinot by myself on the second day ![]() |
