Default Loosing lbs not inches
Hi all, so far since March 12th I have lost 20lbs which I am pretty happy with. I have lost about 2 inches in my waist and 2 in my hips (both my problem areas). My question is when will the weight loss catch up. At the weight I am at I could have worn a ton of things in my closet. It feels like all the weight came off my face and neck does it usually spread out?

Most reshape in P3 and the fat gets evenly distributed. What kind of hcg are you on?

I use the injections given to me by a physician. Unfortunately I did not know about this site before hand. Paid quite a bit for it. They suggest I go on South Beach Phase 1 after the six weeks are up. I was actually going to ask about that also. Is that crazy or is that along the lines of phase 3?.

What you do after the 3 weeks of P3 really depends on how your body reacts to the foods you add in P3 and P4. Some people find that certain foods make them gain and they have to stay away from them longer or forever (like gluten for example). It would be hard to know now what diet is going to be best for you. I recommend Paleo though, basically P3 forever, with or without dairy depending on how you do with it.

I lost most all of the inches in P3 and P4 after my first round, not during P2 when the pounds were coming off. This is typical.
