Sounds like me. I can't eat on HCG. I've never gorged on load days though. I just ate things I knew I would miss. I don't quite understand all these threads where people are literally stuffing themselves to the point of vomiting with food and gaining over 5 lbs. I don't gain on load days, but I do eat things that are often considered treats in my book. I mostly stick to fats and proteins with a baked good or two, but I can never finish anything.
IMHO, Don't stress about it. Eat what feels comfortable. Seems like both methods work, but the important thing about this diet is to learn to listen to your body and develop a healthy relationship with food.
