Default Does dose need to increase if using intramuscular?
Yeah thats my question. Worried about hunger etc.

No. It's more likely to need to go down. I don't really like IM though. Unless you're using a 2" needle deep into the butt like Dr. S did it's hard to find the right dose in the thigh or arm.

Hello I have a question for seasoned dieters. I am on R 2 and going to a different HCG diet clinic - this one is telling me to inject dose of 15 cc/ml and the other one it was 20 cc which I went 40 day protocol on. Which one is correct? I seem to be hungry this time (I did wait 6 week period - now in second week) -- do I need to inject 20 ml instead? I am really wondering if my body knows it needs the increased amount of HCG?

you can't tell by how much you inject. It depends on how much hcg is in the shot. Usually hunger is from a dose that is too high not too low.
