I have a question about my set weight. I stopped P2 at 277 lbs, after losing 35 lbs total. The next day I weighed 276, and the second day after stopping the drops, I weighed 275. I didn't lose any more after that.
I was hoping 275 would be my new set weight, but I slowly keep gaining. In two and a half weeks since stopping P2, I've had to do two steak days, and I have a strong feeling I'll be doing a third one tomorrow. After a steak day I weigh in the 274 range. What do you think? Is my set weight 277 or 275? I should also add that at 275 I feel "empty" and look slimmer than I do at 277. Thanks. |
