Default Grilled onion in P2??
I know protocol states that u can have onion in P2. But what about grilled or cooked onions? It seems to make the onion sweeter and I was worried that cooking the onion changed it. Any thoughts or experiences?

hmmmm...it does not matter how one prepares the approved veggie as long as it is NOT prepared with oil or fats.

That's kind of what I thought. It's just that when u grill an onion it taste so much sweeter. So i was worried it changed when u grill it I ate some last night and lost 0 today. So not sure. It could just be a stall from week 2.

I think they would be fine. It would depend on what you use to grill them with. Obviously I see you aren't going to use any oils. I would not eat them again until you start losing and then try again. That's a good way to tell.

Good luck!

I can't eat grilled onions. I gain every time. If I eat them raw, no problems at all. Same with bell peppers.
