Default Need a little advice..
I have been doing the hcg diet for 35 days. I have had very good success, but am now plateaued on my weight. I am in a contest to see who can lose the most weight and the contest ends next Monday. Should I continue taking the drops and doing what I have been up to the last day of weigh in or should I do anything that will give me an extra boost the last week or last few days? During the 3 days that you quit taking the drops but remain on the 500 calories do you drop a little extra weight or remain the same? I do not eat the melba toast but I do have both fruit servings. Would cutting out the fruit help me to lose a couple extra pouns that last week? Any help would be great!!

It is normal to plateau especially if you have had big losses. You can see if taking out the fruit and raising your protein will help, but you will only lose so much in the end, depending on your personal metabolism. If you are a woman, it is normal to lose around .6 on average for instance. Those who lose 1 lbs are very lucky!

I dropped some weight during the days without drops, but it doesn't matter as you need to take your weight of the day you took your drops last for stabilizing.

Good luck. I bet the contest is fun. Not sure it really can be a contest though ;-) There are such differences from individual to individual.

My body has reached a plateau for R2 as well... no surprise as I am 45 days in... so I'm doing my first of three days of VLC without HCG. I was hoping I'd get into one-der-land this Round.. and may still do so in P4 whilst doing the LR. The goods news is that I continue to lose inches during my stalls - and this is so FUN!!!!
