My family is eating taco bell right now and it smells and looks so good, i want to eat some too!! I know I shouldn't, what harm will one bite do? I am onR1P2 vlcdday day 9! I've lost already a little over 10lbs. Has anyone had this problem before? Did you take a couple bites? Help! I need motivation!

A couple of bites will lead to a couple more and you'll gain tomorrow and it will take 3 days to regain the ground you lost.

Now is probably as good as any time to learn that taco bell might not be a big part of your life going forward if you are serious about change.

I helped my daughter make two chocolate cakes with cream cheese frosting last week... The pancakes and other things I make for my kids all smell pretty good too. It is hard, but so worth it!!!

You can skip the Taco bell! You can make your own taco with some ground beef or chicken, taco spices (home made so they don't contain sugar), and wrapped in lettuce with some pico de gallo (make the tomato a fruit ;-).

Thank you all for taking the time to respond! I did
not eat the taco bell! Lol it gets harder everyday especially like a couple of you responded when there is good food around. I cook for my family almost every night and watch them eat their food while I eat my diet food. I keep telling myself you can do this! You will reach your goal! That taco idea sounds yummy! I will def be making that to quench my taco craving! Thanks again

Feed them basically the same thing you feed yourself.

I will bake chicken for me and my son; I measure out my portions (I cook 2 at the same time, and have the 2nd for lunch the next day). Then I dip the chicken in egg white, and then roll it in crushed melba. Bake it for 20-25 minutes. My son says it is a bit bland, so when I roll his, I use Italian bread crumbs mixed half and half with shredded parm cheese. Then we have spinach or a salad or something. Or cook everyone a burger on the grill. Or I mix two different pots of chili. Or we do tacos salads, and I cook my meat first, then cook his.

awesome ... i do the same BadKitty... my boyfriend and my both girls usually eat the same thing im eating ...... i just kick their food up a notch with differnt spices. but of couse there are occassions where my youngest wants fast food .... i just try to eat at the same time so i dont feel tempted. do a BBQ that always makes me feel like i am cheating !!! just use very lean meat or chicken, BBq's make the food taste differnet than the same ol boring stove lol. look at the recipes on here they are great and have variety... which we all need in this diet good luck ....
