A steak day is mentioned in Protocol (P&I) for P3 as a correction day (when your morning weight is more than 2 pounds over your LIW (last injection weight)). You eat nothing but a huge steak (ounces not mentioned) and a tomato for dinner.

Okay, so you only eat one meal of a huge steak and one tomato and that is it? Or do you eat 2 smaller steaks. What kind of steaks. Are they well marbled steaks? And is this only in p3 or in p4 also. I am assuming it is not for p2.
