After months of searching and using different apps to help me with my hCG, I have finally found one that's really awesome!
It's hCG Diet Assistant, and is available on iTunes for 9.99 USD. Really have everything what you need from assistant in hCG protocol. Detailed explanation about the app is here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hcg-d...444083673?mt=8 but something that doesn't write there is that really has impressive recommended food database for each stage. I am currently running second and I really have major available choices of various food. Great thing is that food listed is brand and restaurant food as well, not just common's. Graphics and visual identity is awesome (huuuuge difference from other similar iPhone app that we all know ![]() Also I wish that there are free version of this and similar apps, because I have spend hundreds of bucks on similar products to get this one. If there was free versions, I wouldn't spend such amounts. Also, my favorite thing is measure part- really good. And someone doesn't need to practice when starting hCG, but I found exercise very smart in this app, just in case if I would like to watch out on my calorie intake after I finish with protocol. Actually this is a calorie tracker as well. At the end my rating is 4+ Obviously the best app currently for tracking hCG on the iPhone, but as always there is place to improvements, for example : I would like to see web companion, social connections between users and maybe store section to buy stuff for tracking hCG. Maybe this stuff already exist in the app, but I can't find. If you are also using hCG Diet Assistant, please write about.... And if you find something better for iPhone also advise... |

I already have this app on my iPod and it's nice.
Unfortunately I didn't use any other apps, so I can't make comparison, but I can rate this with 5 Btw. I am on the first phase and it's loading time, so it's very good to know how many calories are in all that food Also, what are you using? Pills, drops? I am afraid I would never use needle ![]() |

I have been using this one on my iPhone. Looks like they have it for the Android as well.
http://www.hcgdietapp.com You can configure it to what kind of hcg you are using, how many times a day and how many days you are doing it. Being new to hcg this app has been a life saver. The only thing I don't like about it is that you cannot change the time zone (I emailed them and got a response saying that it would be in upcoming versions). I think that it is set for Central. So when you set the notifications, you have to figure out the difference. Jamey |

Help Kareu!!! I downloaded this app based on yours and others review and I can't get it to co-operate at all!! I can't find any kind of users guide on the app and I can't find the company/app information on the internet, so basically it is good for nothing at this point.
I started the diet on 7/3, so I entered that as the start date. I entered 40 as the number of days I'm doing the diet. It has me on Stage 4 (Day 1045) for some reason and I can't get it fixed. It also seems to freeze up alot. Thanks for your help |

I have decided to buy iPod touch 3g just to see is this helpful as you all said before.
I have joined the club lovers of this app, I really like it, and it's truly helpful. Wondering is there something for diabetes, some similar tracker that someone of you have used earlier? Really thank you guys for recommendations! hCG diet assistant really rules |

It's food score points for each food. It's programe similar to Weight Watchers, and users can track points instead calories I guess. My friend was on hcg last summer, and he has track food score instead calories. I am interested in how many points are for example 500 calories intake? Is that 50 points or? Anyone who knows please write here. Thanks
