Default Differences in Protocol
Hi everyone,
I have been following one protocol and am considering changing the place I am going to. I would like to know a few things before deciding what to do.

How many CC's/ML's are your injections each? I ask because several people I know are getting at least 200cc's and I am only getting .08, not even an entire ML. Is this normal or am I getting ripped? I asked them and they can't explain to me why I am getting considerably less than other people that go other places.

The place I am thinking about changing to has a similar protocol with what I have already been following, except for the 9 differences below. Does anyone's protocol have any of these included?

1) Says 4 oz meat twice daily (my current protocol says 3.5 oz meat)
2) Says you may use PAM spray ((my current protocol says do not use PAM spray)
3) Meat Substitutes: 2 tbsp no sugar peanut butter; 2 boiled eggs; low fat cheese (30z); 16 almonds (my current protocol does not mention any of this)
4) Veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, yellow squash, zucchini squash, bell peppers (none of these are listed in my current protocol)
5) You may mix vegetables (my current protocol says not to mix them)
6) Walden Farms salad dressing (Ingles, Publix, Kroger) or any low carb or no carb salad dressing (my current protocol does not mention any of this)
7) Fruits: pears, 12 grapes, 1 kiwi (my current protocol does not mention any of this)
8) Diet soft drink (up to two cans daily) (my current protocol does not mention any of this)
9) You many have two (2) pieces of 40 calorie bread (my current protocol does not mention any of this)

Opinions please!

You're mixing things up. VOLUME of shot has nothing to do with dose. There are tons of different volumes because different places mix the shots differently. 200 iu is a large dose for most people. You need to ask how much that .8 equals in hcg dosage.

I would not follow that diet. It's all whacked up. Peanut butter, cheese and almonds will slow you down for sure. The veggies might not hurt you but it's very individual. Pam is not okay. I wouldn't use any dressing either and pears and grapes are VERY high in sugar and will slow you down. And the bread will also slow you down.

The clinic from which I'm getting my hcg has a protocol that differs slightly from pounds and inches (like, they say eat 3 fruits a day). I'm just ignoring their advice and doing what I know is the right protocol. I'm spending enough $ on this, I don't want to mess it up.

The cynical side of me thinks they want people not to lose as quickly and therefore, return to them for another round.
