Been on ph2 since right after Thanksgivig. Have lost 75lbs so far. Averaged almost a pound a day at first. Feb lost about 17, March so far about 8-9. I assume the pounds dont come off as much as in the beginning? dont get me wrong.... I am still happy with results, just want to know if this is pretty standard. Diet center says it is. I do plan on coming off at the end of April (I started the diet when I did to be done for summer). At the slower rate of loss, I think I am going to be around 10-15 lbs short of 100lbs goal. I have not been doing drastically different, just not coming off like it was. Any advice? Thanks
