I took my last sublingual dose last night, so I weighed myself for my LDW this morning. My concern is that I started my period this morning, and I know from experience that my weight is probably affected by 1-2 lbs of water retention. Should I still use this morning’s weight as LDW? Should I take tomorrow’s weight instead? Or maybe average the two?
I have lost 20 lbs in 40 days despite not eating meat (I eat seafood and occasionally ate eggs and Jay Robb whey protein shakes). I am now at a healthy weight for my height and frame, and my lowest weight in 10+ years (I am 40 years old with 3 year old twins). Most importantly I believe I have changed my eating habits, and the habits of my family, forever. I finally learned to recognize true hunger and distinguish it from emotional or boredom hunger. Thanks to everyone for their guidance, support, and tolerance for my occasional whining! ![]() |
