Do you prefer taking drops before or after eating?
 

I notice that if I wait until after I eat lunch/dinner to take my drops, I get ravenous. So, I think I'll try taking my drops 30 minutes BEFORE I eat.

What is your preference for taking your drops - before or after eating?

i have drops and injections. the thing with the drops is you have to do it 3 times a day. and you dont eat or drink 20 min before or after. so what i was doing was get up, take drops immedately then by time i left the house i was able to have something to drink (im usually thirsty on waking, so that sucked) then i could drink and have my morning fruit till about 12:30, the stop liquids. wait to take my drops, then wait 20 min to eat, its kinda hard to space that out. but then i can eat early evening and take last drops before bed.

the nice thing bout the injections is you get up , do the injection and can eat or drink right away.
