I'm on phase2.
It got pretty busy at work today, and I missed lunch. I was able to still take my drops, and I'm trying to squeeze in as much water as I can. I'm just wondering how I should handle dinner. Should I eat my regular sized porition or can I go a head and eat both daily poritions at once? Or should I just meet it somewhere in the middle? I was thinking maybe I would have a nice sized grilled steak and the regular 2 cup porition of the vegetables. I've already cut out my fruit and melba toast for the most part. My weight loss has slowed the last couple of days. Will this help me or hurt me on the scale? While I'm talking about steak. Anyone have any tips on how to purchase my lean steak. I've been too afraid to get any yet because I'm not sure what guidelines I should follow. |
