Default Missed Lunch
I'm on phase2.

It got pretty busy at work today, and I missed lunch. I was able to still take my drops, and I'm trying to squeeze in as much water as I can. I'm just wondering how I should handle dinner. Should I eat my regular sized porition or can I go a head and eat both daily poritions at once? Or should I just meet it somewhere in the middle? I was thinking maybe I would have a nice sized grilled steak and the regular 2 cup porition of the vegetables. I've already cut out my fruit and melba toast for the most part.

My weight loss has slowed the last couple of days. Will this help me or hurt me on the scale?

While I'm talking about steak. Anyone have any tips on how to purchase my lean steak. I've been too afraid to get any yet because I'm not sure what guidelines I should follow.

have the double portion of steak and a regular amount of veggie.

It might help you on the scale.

I use eye of round or sirloin and trim any visible fat.

Hi there, I had a question as well, I have been unsure about this as well.. So is it ok for me to double my protein or spread out all of my allowed foods throughout the day? Does doubling protein help with the scale as well? I also do not have my Melba or grissini. I'm just looking to maximize my weight loss. Thank you. And also, mymhunger was more mental.. I prepare yummy foods for my family and I want to eat it soooooo bad!

IMO I would just skip lunch if you already missed it. On the weekends I get busy and skip lunch. I only eat dinner. I definatley see it on the scale the next day. My weight loss nearly doubled on those days.
