Default Understanding mixing
Hello,

I need help understanding the pro's and con's of mixing.

Can we mix fruits during the day? If I have an apple as a morning snack, can I have strawberries in the afternoon?

No mixing means the same vegetable throughout the day, or just that you cannot mix, say, lettuce and tomatoe at the same meal, even if it only adds up to 1 serving?

I couldn't find much on this topic although I may have been looking the wrong place.

Thank you!!!!

You can have different vegetables and different fruits but you should not mix vegetables in the same meal. Some have mixed for a salad without a problem but the protocol says not to.
