This is a call out to you veterans.
I skipped a dose of my hCG this morning to check to see if my dose was too high. I have been extremely irritable/emotional and hungry all the time. If I am feeling better by this evening, do I resume drops tonight, but at a lower dose? I started at 10 drops (150 iu), then increased to 12 drops, then 14, which I now think was too high. I'm really not sure what is the right dose. Should I skip again tonight or resume tonight at a lower dose? I think if I had just stayed at the original 10 drops, I would have gotten over my hunger by now and been just fine. I'm afraid I screwed this all up by jumping the gun. BTW, I am just finishing my first week of the VLCD, and have lost about 6 lbs from my pre-loading weight. Last night, I was so desperate to get some sleep and relief from hunger, that I ate 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. It did help me not feel so hungry, but then today, I am drinking tons of water and not peeing any out. I feel like I'm just bloating up all the pounds I lost. Also, I should mention that TOM started on Thursday and is justing finishing up. Please help! Thanks! pea |

Granny, YOUR AWESOME!
I love finding your contributions on here and am always amazed and grateful for the amount of research and good information you contribute to this site! I just mixed a fresh dose yesterday, (hucog), and was using the last dose for 30 days exactly, does that mean that my body became accustomed to a lower dose as it loss potency? Cause yesterday I took the fresh does at the same quantity I had been injecting, and was INSANELY STARVING!! It was horrible! I ate all P2 foods, but went over the caloric allotment, probably ate 300 cals of lean steak! Should I lower my does of the fresh stuff for a while? Im taking 150iu right now.. Thanks so much!! |
