This is what I just saw on a pop-up in the video link below: "The FDA as of today, February 24, 2012 has shut down ADC and many other trustworthy online pharmacies from selling Rx hCG. You will need to take a copy of “WeightLoss Apocalypse” by Robin Woodall to your trusted family doctor and hope he or she will understand the protocol and prescribe you real hCG." Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OPc9QqTmZw
That is not what ADC told me, which I posted earlier. |

It is clear something majorly disturbing to any of us who know of HCG's power has taken place with these India based pharmacies, but I am pretty sure that the FDA does not have any jurisdiction in India. I would love to cut through the miscommunications and find out what exactly has transpired over there to cut off supplies, if it is permanent or temporary, but I do not think that the FDA has any jurisdiction over it until it reaches U.S. soil.

India (or any other country) is not allowed to manufacture drugs (generics or innovators) for sale or export to the US unless the FDA inspects the plant and puts it on a list. And the FDA has the power to stop imported drugs at the border, especially if they are being imported for personal use without a prescription.
Sad to say, right or wrong, almost all of us are purchasing prescription drugs without a prescription. |
