Default Pharmacist told my hubby that I need an RX for bacteriostatic water.
Anyone heard this before? I know its not true because I couldn't buy it off amazon.com if it were.

Yes . . . many times . . . I have been checking around at my pharmacies . . . Some clerks give me that "drug seeker" look when I ask for it. I order mine online and get pretty good prices . . . better than the Pharmacies

Suppliers

You can get it here!

Don't ever order from Evotrition.. They suck! They don't ship, don't answer the phone, don't return emails and don't refund you money unless you have your credit card company fight for you...

I ordered three vials from Amazon for $10 plus shipping, plus I had a $5 gift certificate credit on my account so my shipping was basically free.

I just thought if CVS could sell it it would be easier.

May I know if there is a preference for Bac water over sodium chloride? Why is it? I have sodium chloride in hand atm.

@Riley . . .Mountainside is a good buy I found this on their site and it works out well in pricing. My only problem why I did not order from them previously was the shipping was about $10 bucks but if I buy 3 bottles . . . it works out well. . . I wish they sold the syringes too.

***** Best buy http://www.mountainside-medical.com/cart.php Bact Water plus 2 vials and 6 alcohol prep pads

birdee, you can't use sodium chloride for injections. You need a preservative in it to make sure you don't get an infection when you are injecting yourself.
