Hi all,
I justed started P2, using sublingual drops (not homeopathic). I'm just wondering if there is a standard amount of time you are supposed to leave the drops under your tongue. I am using 10 drops twice per day, and after a few minutes, it is frothy and bubbly, so I swallow it. There are no instructions, and since it is the weekend, I can't ask my doc.

The opinions out there vary. Everything from 2-3 to 15. I always have done it for 15 min, though I don't think it really needs it that long. After a few days it gets easier to hold longer. I usually distract myself with something else.

5 minutes. If it is real HCG mixed with saline. U take .5 cc.

I hold mine for 15 minutes. It is also mixed with the sublingual B12. I does get easier after a few times.

I take sublingual mix w B12 as well.
After about five minutes it's all absorbed
from under my tongue so I don't have
a choice in the matter it's five for me
and then there's nothing left to swallow.
