P&I states skipping one injection a week to prevent immunity, not stalls.

Most people doing a round of 40 days don't do the skip days. If you want to extend the number of VLCD days to about 46 you can skip one injection a week so that your 40 injections stretch further.

Isn't it the max number of shots 40? So the max VLCD should be 43 for P2? Somehow, Dr. Simeon said that if u wanna do another round, you can start R2P2 right after R1P4, is that true? Or I have to wait for 6 weeks after R1P4? Do I have to load again for R2P1?

If you're only doing 23 days, you don't need to skip. Anything over that and you should skip. Most everyone I know who does a longer round skips a day a week. I always skip a day a week. The maximum SHOTS are 40 so if you skip a day a week you can go about 47 days on protocol. Dr. Simeon says 6 weeks between rounds, Birdee. And you always load again for a new round.

no no, fit you are right not wrong! You should be skipping if you are doing a long round. I actually don't know anyone doing a long round who isn't skipping. It's very important if you're going a long round.
