Nice down 3 lbs to 141.2 .. this VLVD 3 for me today and round 2 so I am happy with that. Did P90X Plyometrics yesterday and added a protein shake yesterday.
@badkitty36 - not to sound like a Mom but that is no the right way to go, we get so little calories as it is please be prepared or you will get sick. Last year I worked while I was on HCG and cooked ahead of time with seasonings (yes some with a little sugar Smokehouse Maple Seasoning is awesome and I will do rosemary and garlic - all bottled seasonings - I do stick to protocol but not perfectly and it has worked just fine and this is Round 2 for me) @wanto2be- you sound a lot like me in terms of weight and rounds!! I also do fat free creamer in my coffee in the am and have done great (again not perfect to protocol but it works) |

LOL I don't mind you sounding like a mom!! It was just a terrible start day; I was out of the country until late Monday night, and had to leave home at 9 to drive 2 hours away. By the time I finished my appointments, it was time to meet a friend for pedicures (yay me!) and then off to a grocery store to find some diet stuff I can't get in my teeny town, and then drive home again. It was a one-off day, thankfully, and I have the whole day now to work on recipes and getting some things cooked to take with me.

Hey there! I loaded on the 30th & 31st, and just started the VLCD today. I'm STARVING! lol
What are you guys doing? Shots? Drops? How much? I'm doing the subq shots at 125 IU daily. I didn't know at what amount to start at, so I just went by what the Pounds & Inches said. I'm thinking it may not be the best amount for me....but I have nothing to go on. Can't find it anywhere. |

Hey all! I'd like to jump in on this thread! I'm on Day 1 on phase 2 round 1. I managed to gain 8lbs loading!!! I don't know how but I'm hoping it will drop off quickly.... I just ate my first vlcd lunch. It was actually pretty good and not too tiny even though I only did about 3 oz of chicken instead of 3.5. I'm really hoping to start reporting miraculous losses soon! I will be heartbroken if this doesn't work like I'd hoped.

I am doing HCG homeopathic drops that I bought from HCG , X30 it's called. Last time I used hcg1234.com, my sister used one from CVS - they all seem to work very well. I have had great results in the past and look forward to that next step down.
Mrs Leach - it works very well, just be patient and after phase 2 , mainatence of phase 3 is VERY important to get your bodu used too that weight. YOU CAN DO IT!! |

oh my goodness.. I finally found a salad that I like on HCG. HCG VLCD Spinach, Chicken & Strawberry Salad. This is so good - I also made it with romaine lettuce
2 cups spinach, washed, dried 100 grams chicken (warm or cold) 5-6 strawberries, sliced Strawberry vinaigrette (recipe under “Sauces/Dressings”) 1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit HCG Diet Strawberry Vinaigrette 5 strawberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 dropper of Stevia ( I used a packet of sweet and lo) Dash of salt Combine 3 strawberries with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Cut up the remaining 2 strawberries and mix with spinach leaves. Pour vinaigrette over spinach leaves. ( I also used a few more strawberries to get to a cup full) |

Alright down to 140 flat this am. I'll take that. Did weights yesterday and ab work with 2 protein shakes added to my day.
Shalvet - great job Bad Kitty - 4.6 is great!! I hate when I am hungry , felt that way last night and put myself to bed, haha. Try some tea maybe? I know boring but sometimes it does the trick. Lolly - is this your first round with HCG? sorry cant see old posts while replying. You will love it! I lost 32lbs last year and kept it off w/i 10 lbs all year. This is my 2nd round and I am hoping this year to be better at watching my weight daily after I am dome with P4 to keep it in line. |

Danielle, tea (the way I used to drink it) is the thing I am missing most. A big mug of English breakfast with a tsp of sugar and a big old splash of 2%...ahhhhh. Oh well. Tea with a tsp of skim and a bit of stevia sucks. I have never liked green tea or lemon in my tea, but am thinking of trying that again. I have some "spa tea" that Aveda sells, but want to check out the nutritional facts before I have a mug of that.
Last night at midnight, I was still lacking about 140 calories from my daily portion, so I had a baked apple with cinnamon and stevia. OMG it was fantastic, and only 114 calories. (I am fanatical about the calorie counting; I break the food down into calories per ounce or gram, and weigh it, and keep a food diary that keeps up with my own "special" foods and calculates total calories and nutrients). But I am already looking forward to another one for bedtime snack tonight. I adjusted my dosage this morning from 150 units to 130, to see if it helps with being a bit hungry. |

Everything I've read on here suggest you should lower your dosage. I loaded the 30th and 31st and start vlcd today too! I'm doing homeopathic oral drops from JustPotent HCG it was water...not sure..but hoping to get through my 1st round as painlessly as possible..haha Best wishes for all!! |
