Default How do I know when my body has had enough!!!!
I am on Round 1, Phase 2, up to day 26 and was going to do a 40 day round. I am feeling tired, lethargic, not hungry at all and not losing weight. I have stayed the same weight for 3 days now. Is my body telling me thats enough, or what??? Do I keep persisting? Please help!
