I am on Round 1, Phase 2, up to day 26 and was going to do a 40 day round. I am feeling tired, lethargic, not hungry at all and not losing weight. I have stayed the same weight for 3 days now. Is my body telling me thats enough, or what??? Do I keep persisting? Please help!

Thank you for posting this question. I had this exact experience - first round, planning on a 40-day phase, but just not being able to get past 30 days. I ended early, did the proper 72-hour VLCD, then on into Phase 3. I started a B12 vitamin, and it took over a week to feel normal again. I, too, thought my body was telling me that it had had enough. I lost 22 pounds in that time (actually stalled after Day 21, so 22 lbs in 21 days), so I am happy. I am planning on Round 2 in a few weeks and hoping for the same results. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that someone else out there had the same experience as you. I, too, look forward to someone answering your question. |

Hi again, Bon,
That is a INCREDIBLE weight loss for 28 days! Try to look at the big picture and not the daily weight loss. Seriously, who loses that kind of weight in less than a month? YOU DO! Try to be happy with this amount of weight loss, and remember that how you feel, overall, is important. Also, you can do additional rounds! Stick to the P3 protocol, get yourself feeling better and stronger, then do another round!
