I don't know why you are not stabilizing but did you do a correction day when you got above 2 lbs?

Can you give a sample menu of your daily intake?

hi everyone,

to be honest I never weighed myself, I was too scared after all the hell of 500 calories a day I thought I was bound to put on weight eating normally.

Normal food for me is:

Smoothie in the morning and late morning: Spinach, Lettace, Strawberries or Raspberries with MSM, Vit C Powder and Astragalus powder.

Lunch and Dinner

LARGE SALAD!!!! inc. smoked salmon or other fish, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, onions, capers, hemp seed, cucumber, avocado and whatever else is available.

Lots and lots of ionized water throughout the day with a few raw chocolates, with no sweetner.

3 cups of tea with goats milk or coconut milk with Stevia and other herbals teas.

So looking at that the carbs are low, but so it the protein ...comments anyone?

I do still feel thinner, my hips and stomach are definately better but tops of my legs have not lost at all...

would be interested to think what you think?

Lynn x

You're not getting enough protein and you may have a problem with dairy. You should never go through maintenance without weighing. that's deadly because you don't get the correction at the right time. And you can't figure out what made you gain so you can avoid it. smoothies have a lot of sugar in them.

Hi Grammy

I make my own smoothies and they are 85% green, I dont buy them so they should be alright.

I am currently going over to coconut milk rather than the goats as I do have a lactose intolerance.

I will remember to weigh myself when I go into P3 next time, I was a little scared this time...wont be so chicken next up.

Will up my protein.

Thanks Grammy x
