Phase 3 has been here 1 week. Our side effects:
Hubby can't sleep I can't stay awake past 3pm There are no BM's for either of us! Eating fats, slathering lotion - dry skin is still pretty severe. Work out routine is going slow - lost a lot of strength. I guess I didn't see Phase 3 as an actual "phase". I thought I'd eat some fats & different foods & be okay, I didn't know there'd be a transition to coming OFF the hcg.... |

I had a lot of problems transitioning into P3 during my first 3 rounds. Some people have no problem whatsoever. I had dry skin too and still do this P3. I am in R4P3D10. I do not have the sleep problems though...never did on any P3, so don't know what that is about for you. About the BM's...are you eating plenty of fibrous veggies? Are you going to have fruit? Some people do and some don't add this in P3. Apples will help with this if you are going to add fruit. Adding Coconut oil really helps with being able to have BM's. I used to have this issue at the beginning of my P3's but after adding the coconut oil...about 3 TBSP a day...no problem! Are you eating plenty of protein? This will strengthen you. How many calories are you eating? Are you eating enough for your height, age, current weight and activity level? Also, are you taking a good vitamin?

OH thank God I am not the only one! I am feeling horrible! ...Very constipated (TMI...lol) I have been eating apples and lots of protein. I am going to get coconut oil tonight after work! Thanks Linda!
![]() But the worst part is the extreme exhaustion. I was not expecting any of this. I thought I would feel great after eating more foods, but right now, I just want to go to bed at all times. I am barely functioning this week. ![]() |

Oh My Gosh, I thought I was the only one. I was so happy to get here, but I am on day 6 of P3 and just don't feel very good (I felt great for most of P2). I spent the first days with diarrhea, but not can't have a BM. My weight is OK, but i have no idea how because my tummy has been upset for either of those reasons for the past week so I just feel bloated.
