I took my first shot today! It didn't hurt at all. I closed my eyes while I did it! Lol

This is my first time ever doing hcg. I had full fat Greek yogurt for breakfast...yum! Trying to figure out what to eat that is good and fatty without making myself sick. I guess I'll have a burger and fries for lunch and avocados with something at dinner. My husband was funny.i woke up and the first thing he said to me was, "wanna have some ice cream?". Lol. He is funny.

Anyone else starting today? How are you feeling about it? I'm scared that when I start the vlcd, I am going to feel sick. I guess I wont know for sure until I get to that day.
