Unexplained Stall

Hello Everyone,

I had a strange stall on Sunday and logged a gain of 2.4lbs that I really can't explain. I'm not worried about it, and I will continue losing, I would really just like to try and narrow down the suspects on what caused it so I can avoid these down the road. I'm religious about sticking to the protocol, and don't cheat (ok, so I sneak in a pickle every once in a while over my 2 cups). The following is a list of a few things that I had over the weekend that were suspect, and in one case, slightly off protocol. Have any of you experienced stalls with any of the following?

1. Calorie free, sugar free, sodium free, flavored seltzer water? (Ingredients - Water, natural flavors)
2. Hot banana pepper rings (sugar free, calorie free - vinegar and peppers) I know these will have a little starch, but not enough to cause a 2.4lb gain!
3. Hazelnut coffee grounds? I avoid all gas-station flavored coffee, etc that they flavor w/ syrup... but these were legit coffee grounds. I haven't had a problem in the past with any of the k-cup flavored coffee. I tossed the bag without thinking... could that have had that much sugar?
4. I was out hunting Friday night/Saturday and left my HCG in the cold car, but on Saturday night I left it sitting in my backpack accidentally. After my 2nd dose on Monday, I noticed that it started to smell. Needless to say i tossed it and started a fresh mixture -- Anyone heard of bad HCG leading to a stall?

Thanks!

A stall is when you don't lose or gain- you just stay in the same place. I think you just experienced a gain. But honestly, it is normal. There are SO many other factors and things going on with our bodies, it's perfectly normal to experience a gain once in awhile- even a stall. Unless you are gaining for 2-3 days in a row- then a single day with a gain, isn't anything to really sweat. As long as over the long range, you are continuing to lose- things will be fine. =)

The pepper rings are not on protocol and spicy food often causes a water gain. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/frown.png
