First Weigh In
 

Had my first weigh in at the doctor's office today; I'm on day four of the VLCD and have lost 5 lbs.

I was hoping it would be more. I'm 5'2" and started at 177 lbs. I'm down to 172.

Does this seem like a normal loss with injections?

That's a great loss congrats to you. Everyone is different and will loose at different rates.

Look at it this way, you are losing a pound a day, that's a lot!!! Women typically lose .5 - .75 lbs/day, so you are ahead of the curve!

I would cry with joy if I lost five pounds in four days! Congrats!

You've lost just over a pound a day on VLCD- THAT IS AMAZING! "average" is .5 lbs a day- so you are above that! GREAT JOB!!!!

Your doing awesome!!! My daughter is doing Weight Watchers and the 1st week she lost 2.1 and the second week 1.3 for a total of 3.4 for 2 weeks!!! I try and tell her about hcg and she just keeps saying no way - but she would be much happier with the results!!! Good job!
