Default P2 week 3 ZERO lbs lost
Good afternoon everyone,
Anyone ever had ZERO lbs lost in an entire week? The regular girl at my Drs office wasn't there to talk to, so I'm not sure whats going on? They told me up 1% water, up 1% muscle and down 1% fat. Shouldn't something change on the numbers? Still at 131.8. I stayed exactly the same.

This will be my last week on HCG unless I fork over another $125.00 for an additional week. I've lost 9 lbs not including my gorge days, but I really want to lose more. I've spent to much money already. Any ideas for maximizing my last week?

I'm drinking the water and following the protocol except I took out the melba toasts.

Why don't you try it the Hhcg route, its way cheaper and the same results can be achieved cause I dont know what in those HCG Platinmum drops from GNC but they are working because I am not hungry much and have lost alot of weight in the last 3.5 weeks!

Ok, you lost 9 lbs plus your gorge weight (you have to count that too) in 3 weeks. If you gained 3lbs loading, thats 12 lbs in 21 days...that's over a half pound per day avg, which is normal for a woman. Also, most folks have a stall after the first 10 to 12 lbs...sounds like you just hit it. Everything looks normal to me. You will start losing again any day. I say keep on going if you can.

Since you are going to a clinic, I have to ask--are you on their protocol or the original one? Oh and edited to say you're in a typical stall period like Barb said. I generally stall out 10 days so I sure have had a week of no losses. In 5 different rounds!

I'm on the original protocol "per say". They offer the diet cookies that replace the melba toasts, but I can see myself getting carried away with those so I don't purchase.

I do purchase the OS TRIM (ostrich sticks) and I'm reading they have 430 mg of sodium, 80 calories, 3 fat grams (counts as an ounce of protein). I also drank the sugar free "Verve" lots of vitamins and only 4 calories (helps my energy).

Last week I drank the Nu Vitae fiberceutical drink (20 calories, 14 carbs but 12.5 grams of fiber) for flushing (they said). Oh and used the Walden Farms marinade (I just read these are bad for you).

Oh my, maybe not so much the original protocol? The first week I didn't purchase any of this and I lost 5 lbs. I think you just helped me find some of the culprits. Would you remove all of this?

Yes ma'am. I can see a cycle here! Purchase their products...spend more money...don't lose as much...pay for additional weeks of injections. I wish I ordered from Doyle, but felt like I needed a Drs supervision. I'm stuck this round, but next time, I'm listening to all the smart women in these forums! Thanks so much.

I am in my 3rd week and haven't lost anything since Sunday morning. I am following the original protocol to the T tho. I even cut out the melba/grissini. I sure hope I start losing again!!

Lauren, it looks like you are only 10 lbs from goal...I always lose a bit every three days when I am that low...(always means twice...since I have been there twice now..sigh). Give it time...you will drop more but the last 10 lbs are not as easy as the first 10 lbs on hcg....

I don't know how close you are to goal, but I just went through an 11 day stall. No fun.
Also, for much less than $125 you can get some hhcg, or order from Doyle, he has SUPER fast shipping and totally worked with me in a pinch, it would be half the price. Just an idea.

Ok so I started the diet January 29th. In the 1st week i lost 11 lbs but since Sunday i have only lost 1.8 lbs! I would like to know what causes a stall and how to avoid it and how long do they last because I am getting really discouraged and I still have a ways to go.

Just a FYI, but those HCG Platinum drops and the HCG Activator both have a class-action lawsuit against them for fraud. As far as I can tell, there is no actual HCG in those 2 drops, homepathic or otherwise. Just amino acids.

Newmoonlovr, there is a great sticky on Stalls in the P2 forum. You and I are just about identical - I am down 11.4 pounds after 10 full days of VLC; that is an average of a pound a day. That is MORE than the typical woman loses on average. We should expect our losses to slow. So don't fret, and know that you are right on track for weight loss!

Badkitty63,
Tell me more about this lawsuit on HCG Activator..I used the pills and find myself way more hungry then when I was using the drops purchased by healthyhcg.com. I tried to purchase the drops again on healththyhgc.com but they note that they cant sell true hcg online anymore and that no one is allowed to see true hgc drops anymore and that your only really purchaseing mainly alchol if you purchase someone that claims to still sell hcg that isnt dr perscribed. So I thought I would try HCG Avtivator since it claims to help your body produce its own HCG....
Thanks,
Nikita

In general, I don't think that bodies can be tweaked to produce HCG that easily without a pregnancy. But I am not a doctor.

Thanks, I guess i will just have to count on R2 to lose the remaining 28 lbs :/-
