Default Working out during phase 2
Hello all,

I know that the recommended workouts are T-Tapp and walking. How come we can't workout with anything else? Is it because do to the low calorie diet we might faint or fell extremely weak? Thanks.

It is recommended not to due to the low calorie amount. You don't want to burn too many calories from your body. The idea is to eat enough calories for your body to function, but any additional will be taken from your stored fat. I personally work out a couple of times a week. I do Wii fit routines and some EA active workouts where I am only burning around 100 calories. I usually do this when I am feeling stiff or need a pick me up. Just think to take it easy and don't push yourself with your workouts.
