Default New to the forum
Been on the diet since the Sat. after Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving and that Fri. were my load up days). First 4-5 days were not easy but cravings got better. Acceptance was the key for me. Gotta be in the right mind set and gotta want to do it. Had a follow up appointment on Feb. 2. Was down 52lbs and 7 inches off my belly. Being as heavy as i was i hope to be half way there. Going to go buy some new clothes tomorrow (just a couple as i am not done yet). I follow the food list as close as possible. The big thing i do now is just shop smarter: as low as possible in carbs, sugar, calories and sodium. Not sure yet but might have hit a bit of a stall this week. Lost 3 1/2lbs this last week. But am still stoked and plan to keep going for sure. I am about 17lbs from my immediate goal, then on to the ultimate goal. Am starting to gat a little tired of the same foods all the time so am always open to new recipes and the like.
