I am P2D18 - and have decided that I hope to not have to do this again. I have had great success so far but I want to make the most of of this. I have seen different posts about what worked for some - I wasn't doing really well until someone told me to try dropping the melba - worked like a charm - I am now down 15lbs. I would love to hear from some of you voices of experience about what worked best for you....are there food combos that are more effective...and what didn't work. I saw several comments that oranges kept some people from losing...so I have avoided them altogether...why not?? It would be great to use my last 22 days to make the best choices - as I am expecting I will slow down soon, so I want all of my choices to be the best.
