Default Body reshaping question for vets
I talked about a friend of mine in another thread, and we are having dinner with her and her husband on Saturday night. I am seriously tempted to share with her what I am doing, with the caveat that she not do anything until we see how my stabilization goes for a while. And I don't want to say anything to her if public opinion here leans towards "it really won't do much to change her overall size".

She definitely runs to heaviness, and if I had to guess, I would say she is a solid size 14-16 now, and toned (she was doing 1.5 hours of gym work 3 days a week with a trainer for a good 4 months, and another year of 1.5 hours 4-6 times a week without a trainer, plus a couple of Zumba classes); I poked her in the butt the other day and joked with her that I broke my fingers.

Regardless, she is still a "big girl" (and she has mentioned before that she HATES being called a "big girl"). Large bones, 5'8", broad shouldered. Still some weight to lose, but she currently looks very much more proportioned than she used to.

Have there been other "big girls" who have lost successfully on HCG and made a difference in body shape? When body shape currently is pretty much in proportion and toned?

Wait for her to ask questions. Then ask her if she wants to lose some, too. If she says, yes, then proceed as you mentioned, and tell get to read as much as she can--preferably on this forum.

Well... I'm what I've always considered a 'big girl'... I wasn't very toned, though, as I had over 60 pounds to lose when I started. I was (am) pretty proportional, but I've still reshaping on this diet. I've got before/end of R1 photos on my blog. I'll be posting beginning of R2 pictures after I take them tomorrow.

I am proportionally big. I am 5'7 and between 165-170. I have what people refer to as a swimmers build. I am currently on r1vlcd2 lol so I'll let you know!
I am trying to lose 30 lbs in two rounds if possible.
