I don't normally shop at places like Whole Foods, but I am wondering if there are any P2 friendly items you have discovered there. I am wondering about things like canned soups (tomato, onion, etc) flavorings/sauces (already have Bragg's Liquid Amino's, Jane's Mixed-Up Salt) canned chicken/chicken broth with no added sugar, etc.
I'm doing great with the diet, but if there ARE shortcuts, please tell me! |
