Default Adjusting sublingual dose
I usually just ask Grammy for advice about adjusting my dose, but I thought I'd open it up to a larger audience to see if anyone has been in the same boat as me (still would love advice, Grammy, you have been invaluable!!). I am on sublingual, my last bottle for the round, and I have recently adjusted my dose downward once more. This is the 4th instance of adjusting downward due to some hunger. Each time I adjusted, I felt good on the new dose for about 10 days or so and then started feeling some more hunger. I skipped evening doses to gauge whether I needed to go higher or lower, and I seemed to feel a bit better each time I skipped, so I adjusted downward. Well, now I'm down to .3ml/100iu. I just adjusted down to the lower dose (from .35ml) starting today, and I already thought I felt a little bit better, but now I'm second guessing and wondering if I'm just dealing with it. Still a small amount of hunger, but I'm also coming off TOM.

But does that dose seem too low? The typical dose is 166iu, so am I adjusting the wrong way? It just seems like an awfully small amount to be effective. I may try a skip day tomorrow but I want to see if anyone else has experienced adjusting this often.
