I am on my second round with HHCG drops. My drops I used for round 1 did not have HCG in them, which I now know is wrong. I did really well on them weight loss wise but don't feel I stabilized very well even though I did not cheat the whole time in phase 2 and 3. This time phase 2 is going... weird. I have been doing really good at following protocol and lost 5 pounds in 4 days which I know is great for a second round. I am super hungry though so I think I need to switch from my HHCG drops to the real hcg drops I was saving for my next round. I have no clue how to switch it. If I have to do loading again or if I can just flat out switch it. I am just wondering if I can get some recommendations from those of you who know more about it than me. Do you think I should switch it out? And if I do switch it out do I need to load again?
