TOM protocol...HELP!
 

Im confused as to what to do on TOM? Im on R1P2D24 (I think I did that right lol) Ive only lost 14.6 pds....I heard some people stop the injections during this time, but ive also heard they dont. Has anyone ever had a loss during TOM?

I would stay on the HCG, because I tried to do it without, and I was STARVING!! thats just my opinion though.

Dr. Simeon's says you need to stop the the 3 hardest flow days. Some who don't stop are doing hhcg. I guess it boils down to a personal choice and see what results you get. To me the proof is always in your results. Especially since we are all different what one does and works might not work for everyone.
