This has never happened to me before. I always, ALWAYS lose after steak days, at least 1.5 to 2 pounds lost each time. This time I gained .6. I don't understand. I was 169 yesterday & now I'm 169.6. I didn't mess up, I didn't eat anything all day until dinner & then I had an apple & a 2.5 pound steak. Right now there is chocolate my boyfriend sent me & I'm about ready to throw in the bag until I start round 2 on Saturday & eat it all.
Someone help me please before I do something I regret ![]() |

I've never heard of anyone eating so much steak. One pound is plenty. You probably just ate too much. If you usually eat that much, then it may be that whatever sent your weight up is something you have a food sensitivity to and you're dealing with some inflammation. It may come off tomorrow if that's the case.
