Just finished phase three. Stabilizin well. up 1.5 from the weight but -
it fluctuates daily like that. plus im lagging on my water. What to do for the next three weeks? Theres not much information about phase 4. Is it like phase 1? Mostly kind of just waiting period to start another round? Eat right, excersize? Do a cleanse? Anything I'm missing? Please let me know.

You can do just about anything you want. If you chose to add any starches or sugars I would do so much like in P3, one at a time and watch the scale.
