Hello All,
Today is my 1st day on the VLCD. I was wondering if I may use a half slice of whole grain white bread toasted w/o any addings as my starch serving? I skipped the starch portion with my lunch because i was unsure. I was also wondering if I could do away with the starch serving all together or just on some days when i do not want it? |
You can't eat bread. And you will lose better if you omit the melba altogether. Happy losing!

That is great to know. I did w/o the bread just fine so I believe I can do it throughout. Can I up anything to take the place of the starch? Or just leave as is with the same portions of everything?
