On VLCD33 with 10 more pounds to lose. My losses have been going in fits and starts, so my hunch is I will not be at my goal by day 43. This is my third round in under a year, will it be ok to extend my P2 maybe a week or so? I really want to get to my goal of 135 and do not want to do another round!!
Also, I read somewhere that P3 needs to be extended longer the more rounds you do. Is this true? I can't remember where I read this. |
