So hungry I feel sick
 

I am on my 7th day of phase 1 (injections) and I've never been so hungry! I thought I loaded enough so I'm just not sure what the problem is. This is my 3rd round (I did 2 rounds last summer) and I don't remember starving all the time. The only difference is I have a new job that is very physical!! I just can't find enough energy for work and I'm always so hungry. Many times, so much so that I feel sick. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I can doto get through this?

Most likely your dose is too high. I've had to lower mine with each round I've done. How much are you taking? How?

Sorry, I'm not sure of how the doses work other than the instructions I've read...I use an insulin needle and fill to the 40...if that tells you anything!

Oh that's probably 200 iu. That's a common way to mix. That is way high. Do a skip day if you've taken at least 4 shots then take it down to 30 units which is 150 iu.

Grammy, you're right...I checked my dosage sheet and that's what I'm taking. I didn't take the Hcg today and will lower my dosage tomorrow. Thank you for the advice. We don't have to raise a dose very often. A high dose is much more common. And actually more miserable. I've experienced it myself!

I am doing the HCG diet and I am on day 6 and I and SO hungry and kinda sick, I do not know if they are from the drops or being so hungry
I take the 10 drops 3 times a day.

Your dose is off or the drops are bad. Make sure they have hcg in them.
