Ive been doing HCG injections for 3 weeks now and have had an ongoing question that I can't find answer to .. I was wondering if someone answered this or knows the answer.
I unfortunatly can not say I am one of those "never hungry" people .. my hunger sort of comes and goes by day. Some days hunger is worse and some days better or not at all. On days when you are not hungry or you make your protein and veg .. if you finish veg or protein and are stuffed .. should you contine to eat entire meal? Today I made brocolli and shrimp .. I ate brocolli and was pretty full feeling .. I ate shrimp only because I thought I needed the protein but did not need it to feel full. This seems to be a good questions because Ive read "the diet won't work unless followed exactly" and also never go under 500 calories or else. But then it is stressed over and over that hcg diet teaches you to learn to eat only when hungry and never after. Anyone know the answer? |
