did your shape change in P3?
 

Hi everyone,

comments, good or bad please...I would like to know what to expect (if anything). My shape has obviously changed for the better as I have lost about 12 lb and 10 inches, but can I expect any other changes???

My shape continued to change through P3 and P4 (disclosure I love 3 more lbs in P3 of R1). One good example--I had a pair of jeans that were still a bit too snug before we left for Christmas vacation. Although I gained 1.5 lb while we were gone I came back and the jeans that were snug are now so baggy on me that I look silly in them. The time in P3 and P4 gives your body time to adjust to your new weight, and some people do continue to see inch loss, it depends on your body.
