site I ordered from is down - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

I ordered last night from whenhealthmatters.com, but never got a confirmation email and today I just checked the site and it is down. I called a number I found in the google search and left a message, but I am wondering if I should order from a different site, or if this is just a blip and will be fixed. Anyone have this happen before?
